Personal development isn’t about fixing yourself or forcing change. It’s about learning to understand your inner world, respond with more choice, and reconnect with what matters.

mindingu’s approach is informed by mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), self-compassion and applied psychology. Everything is delivered in a way that’s practical, respectful, and human.

Client stories & EXPERIENCES

From arriving and feeling so welcome with Lorna was a beautiful way to spend a Sunday morning. Your serenity within was reflected outwardly in a beautiful location. Such a nurturing and caring way of presenting information with kindness.

The sessions were very helpful in highlighting the need to acknowledge ones body's own state of being and Lorna provided very practical ways of stopping, accessing and managing our emotions and bringing ourselves to a more balanced and tangible state.

I managed to put some of the practices into play outside of the sessions and found the practice very helpful.

I would recommend taking on board as they are simple, practical, positive and down to earth applications.
