This course has been designed for people who would like to explore the more formal practice of meditation. Mindfulness practices are included. This can be a wonderful, deepening experience of creating stillness within.
This mini retreat is for anyone who wishes to take some time out from the busyness of life to unplug, relax, rejuvenate and unwind for a while. It includes relaxation exercises, mindfulness in nature activities and a tea ceremony.
