This course has been designed for anyone who has an interest in learning meditation and mindfulness skills.  No previous experience of meditation is necessary. 

What is the course about?

This course has been designed for people who would lke to explore the more formal practice of meditation.  This course still covers mindfulness practices but the emphasis is very much more on formal practice.  This can be a wonderful, deepening experience of creating stillness within.

   The course covers the following:

  • What is mindfulness

  • Benefits of meditation

  • Cultivating an attitude conducive to meditation 

  • Troubleshooting 

  • Setting up a practice routine and space 

  • Bringing mindfulness into your daily life

Who is this Mini Retreat suitable for ?

This retreat is for anyone who wishes to take some time out from the busyness of life to unplug and relax, rejuvenate and unwind for a while. 

What is the Mini Retreat about?

This retreat is designed to help bring you some relaxation and time out.  It includes relaxations, visualisations, calming breathing, and mindfulness in nature activities.  Relax and enjoy our beautiful retreat centre and enjoy a nutritious morning tea ceremony as part of the experience.
